1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all products, services, and digital platforms provided by Self Fulfilment Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to merchandise, online training plans, digital downloads, seminars, and associated programmes.

By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Company Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property — including logos, trademarks, slogans, written materials, training plans, digital programmes, video or audio content, domain names, and website materials — are owned exclusively by Self Fulfilment Ltd.

Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised commercial use of our intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Merchandise & Fulfilment

All merchandise orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify and its global production partners under Self Fulfilment Ltd’s brand direction.

Printify manages printing, packaging, dispatch, and any product-specific queries.

Merchandise transactions constitute a contract between you and Printify acting under licence from Self Fulfilment Ltd.

Delivery times, print variations, and exchange processing follow Printify’s fulfilment standards.

4. Digital Products & Programmes

Digital purchases (including training plans, downloadable materials, and online coaching programmes) are delivered electronically via secure download or login portal.

Access begins immediately after payment; as such, digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (digital content exemption).

All digital content remains the property of Self Fulfilment Ltd and is licensed to the purchaser for personal use only.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

We reserve the right to change pricing, availability, or promotional offers at any time.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to the Returns & Exchange Policy.

All return, replacement, or exchange requests for merchandise are managed directly by Printify through its customer support process.

Digital purchases are exempt from return or refund once accessed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Self Fulfilment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, digital services, or merchandise.

Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service.

8. Updates and Amendments

Self Fulfilment Ltd may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, operations, or company policy.

The latest version will always be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services or website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
