CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

At Self Fulfilment Ltd, we aim to maintain a fair, respectful, and structured environment for all clients and participants.

This policy applies to all in-person and online bookings, including Group Classes, Personal Training, and Consultations.

2. Group Class Cancellations

Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the class.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Within 12 hours = full fee forfeited. Frequent no-shows may restrict access.

Free/Youth Sessions: Cancel if unable to attend so the place can be offered to others.

Waitlist: Confirm promptly if notified of an open spot.

Company Cancellations: In case of Self Fulfilment-led cancellations, a reschedule or full refund will be offered.

3. 1-to-1 Personal Training & Consultations

Notice: Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior.

Late Cancellations: Within 24 hours = full fee charged.

No-Shows: Full fee forfeited without notice.

4. Emergencies

If genuine emergencies arise, contact info@self-fulfilment.com .

Discretionary waivers may apply.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by English law. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
