1. Overview

This policy applies to all physical merchandise and digital products sold through Self Fulfilment Ltd.

Physical items are fulfilled by Printify, and all returns or exchanges are handled through Printify’s fulfilment system.

2. Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Requests must be submitted directly via Printify’s return portal (linked in your order confirmation email).

• Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

• Personalised, customised, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

• Printify will process replacement or refund requests in accordance with its fulfilment policies.

3. Digital Products & Training Plans

• Digital purchases (training plans, downloads, and online programmes) are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it to Printify via the return link in your confirmation email within 14 days of delivery.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds or replacements are managed directly through Printify.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method once approved by Printify’s fulfilment team.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, digital downloads, and training plans (after access)

• Custom or personalised merchandise

• Sale or clearance items (marked final sale)

7. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
