Cancellation Policy

At Self Fulfilment, we strive to maintain a fair and respectful environment for all of our clients. Please review the following cancellation policies for Group Classes, 1-to-1 Personal Training, and Consultations.

Group Class Cancellations

At Self Fulfilment, we’re committed to delivering high-quality training rooted in growth, structure, and discipline. To maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, the following policy applies to all group class bookings:

1. Class Cancellations (Paid Sessions)

You must cancel or reschedule your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.

Cancellations must be made via the online booking system (messages, texts, or DMs are not accepted).

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel within 12 hours of the class or fail to attend, the full fee will be forfeited.

Frequent no-shows may result in restricted booking access.

3. Free Sessions (Youth or Community)

Please cancel if you cannot attend so your spot can be offered to someone else.

4. Waitlist

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.

You will receive an email or SMS notification if a space opens.

If not confirmed in time, the spot will go to the next client.

5. Class Cancellations by Self Fulfilment

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and offer a reschedule or full refund.

6. Emergencies

If you’re facing an emergency or serious health/personal issue, please contact us directly.

We may waive the policy at our discretion.

1-to-1 PT & Consultation Cancellations

To ensure all 1-to-1 services are managed respectfully and efficiently, the following policy applies to Personal Training and Consultation bookings:

1. Notice Period

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Changes must be made via your booking confirmation or email.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Reschedules under 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be treated as cancellations.

3. No-Shows

Not attending a scheduled session without notice will result in the full fee being forfeited.

4. Emergencies

We understand genuine emergencies occur—please reach out if you need support or consideration.

Fees may be waived at our discretion.
